One of my early business coaches introduced me to the book, “The Ultimate Sales Machine” by Chet Holmes. In that book was a concept called “the dream 100” which basically says that every community has 100 influential people who you should know and they should know you.
Now that I’ve coached thousands of salespeople including the top one-percenters in housing, banking, insurance, and financial, I can say that each person has about 100 ACTIVE people in their database who they consistently nourish and pour into.
